Quality Tagalog translation requires a great deal of thinking ability as a translator.
In addition to “Japanese reading comprehension” to understand sentences accurately,
to understand the purpose of documents and translate them into the appropriate wording,
“a background of cultures and values of both Japan and the Philippines,” “specialized knowledge,” and “academic ability” to understand background knowledge are also necessary.
