・Clients in B Class and above can request a Japanese interpreter.
※Interpreters are limited, so please make reservations as early as possible.
Other Expenses
・Transportation expenses (within Manila: approx. 2,000 JPY/day round trip) are shouldered by the client.
・Meetings outside of Manila may include a charge for travel time.
・Lodging expenses incurred for consecutive days outside of Manila are shouldered by the client.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the need to guarantee the interpreter’s schedule, cancellation fees apply from 10 days prior to the day of the event.
The cancellation fee will be charged based on the total amount of the interpretation fee and the working time compensation fee in proportion to the number of days from the reservation.

・The cancellation policy will be adjusted if the interpreter is deployed for a long period, 11 days or more.
・Please note that changes to the date and time after the reservation will also be subject to cancellation fees.
